1. What is the language of the conference?
English, Spanish and Portuguese. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
2. Are there participation fees?
No. Attendees must register online. Note that registration does not guarantee a place. Attendees will receive an email or notification confirming that a place is guaranteed.
3. Can organisers cover flight and accommodation for attendees?
No. Attendees are expected to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.
4. Will lunch be provided?
Tea and coffee will be provided during breaks. Participants are expected to make their own arrangements for lunch.
5. Are special rates available for participants staying at the Intercontinental Hotel?
