Weekly Update

This week's news has been dominated by the publication of the UK Government's White Paper on Online Harms and the EU agreeing to the UK's request to extend time under Article 50, thereby averting the radical legal uncertainty that would be caused by the UK withdrawing from the EU without a deal. The Bingham Centre continues to be actively involved in contributing to commentary and public debate about the Rule of Law dimensions of these topical issues.
