This week we bring you news of work done by members of our team on a wide range of topics, ranging from the impact of Covid-19 on democratic participation and the Independent Human Rights Act Review, to the monitoring of modern slavery risks in supply chains, academic freedom, the legislative promotion of diversity in Northern Ireland and the Overseas Operations Bill currently being debated in the House of Lords.

We also bring you news of forthcoming events in the field of Business and Human Rights, including an opportunity to apply for re:constitution Fellowships, which the Bingham Centre has previously participated in hosting.
