Promoting More Effective Oversight of the Implementation of Recommendations Made By UK Public Inquiries
The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law is undertaking a project to examine ways of promoting more effective oversight of the implementation of public inquiry recommendations, through research and dissemination in close engagement with stakeholders. The project will look at approaches in the UK and comparative experience in other jurisdictions.
This project is funded by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust.
The project held a workshop on 25 March 2026.
