The All-Party Parliamentary Group on the Rule of Law met to consider the Rule of Law implications of the Data Protection Act 2018 before its second reading in the House of Commons. A Framework for Data Processing
The Centre asked expert panelists to consider the role that a Framework for Data Processing by Government could play in providing governance and accountability for processes such as the determination of Universal Credit applications. As of November 2019, this Framework has yet to be produced.
