Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice - Study 2016

Every two years, CEPEJ undertakes a regular process for evaluating judicial systems of the Council of Europe's member States. The Working Group on the evaluation of judicial systems (CEPEJ-GT-EVAL) which is in charge of the management of this process benefits from the support of scientific experts.

Bingham Centre Maurice Wohl Senior Research Fellow, Dr. Julinda Beqiraj, contributed to the 2016 edition (2014 data) and to the 2018 edition (2016 data) of the CEPEJ Study on European judicial systems by drafting Chapter 5, on "Efficiency and quality of the activity of courts and public prosecutors".

2016 edition of the report "European judicial systems - Efficiency and quality of justice" 

The 2018 edition of the report will be published on 4th October 2018.
